Open Question: Delta Airlines, Baggage Fees?

Im traveling from HNL (Honolulu International Airport, to LAX, (Los Angeles International Airport). Im going Delta, and I was wondering how much my luggage would cost. Something like $23.00? That's considering the fact that my luggage isnt over the weight limit. Thanks! :)

Open Question: College Football, USC?

My bf is really into college football and last year he told me he liked USC (we're in Los Angeles)... but that was before Pete Carroll resigned. My question is, are USC/college football fans excited for this season or just whatever about it? I want to buy him tickets for his birthday but not sure if it'll have the same impact with the recent changes. Also, if it is worth it, which game should I buy? The first game is against Virginia and second one is Cal. Thanks in advance for the responses... I dont know much about these things but I want it to be a surprise.

Open Question: Can a building inspector deem something a firehazard even if it is not in direct violation of firecode?

I rent an apartment with a loft in Los Angeles. I have lit the loft with Christmas mini-lights strung up on the wall, and I have placed a curtain in the doorway of the loft. The building inspector has deemed both these traits as fire hazards. I have searched the firecode for LA and found nothing pertaining to non-combustible curtains nor decorative lights. Does anyone know if such a code exists? Does the inspector have the authority to deem something a firehazard even if it is not in direct violation of code?

Open Question: Where can I get a road bike for a good price in the Los Angeles Area?

I'm looking to buy a road bike. I live in Los Angeles and I drive too much when I could be riding a bike places. I want to buy a multi speed road bike, I would buy a fixie but I go up too many hills on a regular basis. Can anybody provide me with a shop in the area that is reasonable? Surrounding cities are fine:-)
