Open Question: Question about US culture regarding young adults in BIG CITIES, Please help !?Today I was walking towards my school campus in Los Angeles . I'm 24 years old , tall black guy, ethiopian dude and I was wearing sun glasses . So there were these young male adults driving in a car that were shouting at me from a distance like they KNOW ME !!! Is this common in the US for young people to shout at people from a distance while driving like they know them ? Or are they just STUPID and have nothing better to do ? I am curious as to why they did that ... I had my HEADPHONES on listeninng to music while walking so I didn't hear what they were trying to say . Or maybe were they just trying to tell me they like my style .. I have no clue . I wasn't born in the US , so I havent mastered everything about how young people in the cities relate here . They looked like hispanics or white , not sure What are your opinions on it ? why do u think they did that ? (her whole life) and when im older i want to live (maybe in Los ANgeles) and i was wondering how i would go upon transferring her across the country with me i live in texas! it would be about a 3 dAY trip how would i go about doing so?
