Open Question: Question about US culture regarding young adults in BIG CITIES, Please help !?

Today I was walking towards my school campus in Los Angeles . I'm 24 years old , tall black guy, ethiopian dude and I was wearing sun glasses . So there were these young male adults driving in a car that were shouting at me from a distance like they KNOW ME !!! Is this common in the US for young people to shout at people from a distance while driving like they know them ? Or are they just STUPID and have nothing better to do ? I am curious as to why they did that ... I had my HEADPHONES on listeninng to music while walking so I didn't hear what they were trying to say . Or maybe were they just trying to tell me they like my style .. I have no clue . I wasn't born in the US , so I havent mastered everything about how young people in the cities relate here . They looked like hispanics or white , not sure What are your opinions on it ? why do u think they did that ?

Open Question: Want a cheap .243 Rifle that breaks into two pieces. $215 Rossi, or $260 NEF Handi rifle?

1) I hunt behind Los Angeles. 2) This is a huge place called Angeles national Forest (10,000 foot peaks, has Bighorn sheep, bear, mountain lion, etc.) 3) I hunt deer. 4) It's legal to hunt here. But no one does. You rarely see a hunter. 5) Lots of commuters driving through from Palmdale and Lancaster to Los Angeles. 6) A man with a gun walking along the road is uncommon. The commuters freak and call the cops. Some have literally never seen a hunter in their lives. I have walked down the road in legal hunting area with bolt action rifle with scope. They swerve. They stare at you with terror in eyes, you see them pull out cell phone. They think you are next murder/sniper nut job. 7) I want a gun that breaks down into two pieces (actually three, I am planing on getting a detachable scope mount, if I can find a cheap one.) 8) Break gun in two pieces, stick in day pack, walk along road, put back together (needs one screw) when enter forest. Hopefully shoot deer, walk back and get car. 9) Forest very thick. No real long shots. And I am poor shot anyway. Not likely to hit moving target past 60 yards. 10) With those conditions, and me being a poor shot, and shots being at close range, and probably not going to use more than a four power or two and a half power scope.......which gun would be better?

Open Question: What is the best source for finding lease option properties in Los Angeles?

Hello, I will be moving to London at the end of this year and do not want to put my things into storage. Since I will be receiving my final degree, I would want a home by the time my program ends, which is 3 years, so I thought a lease option would be my best bet. Do you know of any good soucres online, or specific realtors (not an agent but a realtor), that specialize in this? I'm also good with contracts, so I would want a safety clause in there to protect me from a potential seller who would change their mind at the last minute and start over with someone else. Any help or insight or advice you could provide me with would be great. The house I grew up in was purchased this way, so yes I know people, but other stories are welcomed as well :)

Open Question: anyone checking out Hellbilly Deluxe 2?

I checked out the album and it's pretty good. The songs are grimly and schlocky and has received some favorable reviews from Los Angeles Times and All Music. The album is also better than Educated Horses. Rob Zombie yeah, not a classic like the first one, I'll give you that
