I was born and raised in Los Angeles but I was looking at real estate in Alabama. There where over 20 houses in my price range of $20,000-50,000 homes. My question is; out of experience or some related knowledge what state has homes for cheap with the most likely profit. I was also looking in Georgia & Michigan. Could some one please help me a bit? I would really appreciate it! Thank you. Well, Ryan you need to understand the fact that most people cannot afford to buy a home, let alone receiving a loan for over $20,000. Sure of course they are under developed but there are meant to be fixed. I can easily buy a home in Alabama and rent it out and watch the mortgage pay itself.
