It was his first offense. What are the usual repercussions? And is it true that they will expunge it if he joins up with the military? P.S. He actually wants to join with the Navy, but his recruiter said he had to wait till his court date...is there a possibility he'll get offered a chance to join instead of jail time? If he is convicted, will the Navy still let him in?
