I fuckin told you to put the drink down". I accidently recorded it in the background while i was recording stuff backstage.I was editing highlights of the concert that same night in the studio and i heard the recording. next day she got demoted from her job. she got taken off of full time and put on part time without benefits. I gave her the recording and showed human resources, My general manager comes up to me today mad because I gave her the recording.. saying that all recordings given to anyone have to be approved by him. Obviously he's not going to approve anything, because he feels threatened..I bought the equipment. does he have any rights over the recording? They feel threatened that she's going to build a law suit out of this. that isn't what she wants, she just wanted her voice to be heard and for them analize her demotion over her boss exagguarting. Is it Right if I get fired for this?..I do feel a bit threatened by it though...I recorded without intention, it was just rolling.
