What are their shift hours? Do they check cars 24/7 on a residential area?I rented a small moving truck and parked in the morning for about 2 hours in front of my apartment. There were no signs that said I could not park there. When I came back, there was a ticket for commercial vehicle over the time limit, which is 3 hours. But I was not parked there for 3 hours and I contested it and I lost. If I could find out if these LA parking enforcement officers operate before 06AM on residential areas I can use it to my defense. Open Question: my neighborhood is getting bad. help?i live in los angeles, and i know they sell drugs, and i believe the police around here are not that dumb to not notice. why isnt anything happening? when are they going to stop them. and theres this ugly trailer parked, and i believe they sell drugs too, what can i do? i use to live in a nice neighborhood in los angeles, and three houses from mine, i believe they sell drugs, the cops already came last time, and took three guys but they dont stop. Open Question: Miami or Los Angeles?Miami looks more beautiful...including the beaches. But LA has mountains and all that fun stuff..plus it's larger maybe it would be easier to find a job.
