The apartment is in El Monte, CA which is part of Los Angeles County. If the tenant has no lease, can I ask him to leave for any reason given a 30 day notice? If he doesn't leave, can I do an eviction?
Specifically at San Jose International Airport, if that makes a difference. If I were to fly intrastate, from San Jose International to Burbank Airport in Los Angeles, and I am over 18 years of age, would I be able to use a United States Passport, expired 1 week or less, solely for the purpose of identification (when passing through security with my boarding pass)? Or would I not be allowed to board the plane unless I provide an alternate form of photo identification? I've already sent off an email to the airport, but I've no idea when they'll get back to me, so any insight much appreciated.
I'm going to be going to LA through amtrak and the hotel I'm going to be staying at is in Koreatown. -- Since taxi fee is very expesnive, how do you take the subway to Koreatown from Amtrak (Inbetween CHinatown&little tokyo) The hotel is call Ramada Wilshire Center; on Wilshire Blvd.
