Open Question: What is the best city/state for assistance?I am only asking this question because a lot of people are moving from Chicago,Illinois Los Angeles, California New York,New York to places like Minneapolis,Minnesota Columbus,Ohio Flint,Michigan are these place nicer or are they paying people to move there.
